• Water not draining

Whenever water is not draining, filter should be checked first. It can be clotted by dust or mud. First extract water from washing machine using a small bucket. Then take out the filter. Keep in mind that removing filter without extracting water can cause a sudden big water flow which can damage your households. Also do check water drainage hose too. Sometimes water hose is found choked.

• Making sounds while moving

Sometime the rotator makes an irritating sound while spinning. The main cause of this issue is faulty bearings. This is normal wear and tear. Check for water leakage at back or under the machine if there is any sign of rust then get it repaired quickly as corrosion can be a cause of dead machine or electric shock too.

• Water leaks while spinning

Water leaks while using machine are caused due to loose gaskets, seals or faulty pipes and pumps . it should be replaced by a mechanic.
